Truck shopping. Which one, Ford, Dodge or Chevy? Pulling a trailer part time and using as our family vehicle for the other. Diesel or Gas?

Pauls question is paramount to the recommending a good vehicle!

How can we help you if you don't tell us what you tow? Gooseneck, 5th wheel, bumper pull, orrrrrr...?

If you plan on only towing three times a year, and this is going to be a daily driver, get a gas model. It is probably more suited to town driving. If you plan to tow every weekend, and even a small trailer, you cannot beat a diesel. Your choice of make is your own preference. I only drive Dodges, my wife only Chevy. So, what ever will work, and be as useful for YOU!

Dodge would be a good contender.
