Ok I have a 2006 toyota tundra sr5 4.7 v8 short bed installed brake controller my question is would it be safe to pull my all aluminum 3 horse slant load bp weighs about 2500lbs empty. I would only be pulling 1 to 2 horses at a time I towed it home and towed like a dream didnt feel like nothing was back there but would it be safe to two loaded trailer has drum brakes on it and trailer sales guy said I have plenty of truck to two it fully loaded all opinions greatly appreciatd.

I pulled an aluminum 2 horse  with a tundra  to Dallas from south Arkansas and when I got back the transmission had to be replaced... make sure you have enough truck.
