 was wonder ing can you haul a  horse trailer(gooseneck) with  this truck or is bed too deep. I have a Silver star trailer and someone said bed may be too deep

The first thing would be to contact a Toyota dealer and get the measurement of the height of the side of the box. Then I'd get the same info on Ford, GMC, and Dodge. You see if there is much difference. I believe different trailer mfr's have a little difference in the space needed for ample clearance.

You should be able too.  Here in South Texas you see people pulling GN travel trailers.

The Tundra 2007-08 is deeper than the old Tundra, it's the same depth as Ford F150 starting in 2004. Three inches deeper than F150 2003 and older.
