Today on my way to work the tranny in my 2005 silverado 1/2 ton would not shift beyond 2nd gear? I had a good 1st to 2nd but it would just wind out after that. I did have a bully dog power pup program, but i returned it to stock, this did not seem to help.

Any ideas? Electrical? Blown Tranny?

Location: Pataskala, Ohio		Was it cold? The truck will hold gears to warm the engine. I had a '99 when it was very (below zero) cold it would not shift out of 2nd for a number of miles.
