Location: Tx		My old truck did not have  Tow Haul mode.
Can someone  tell me  about  this  feature on a 2008 F250 Diese.

Can someone  tell me  about  this  feature on a 2008 F250 Diese.

It basically changes the shift points and characteristics of the transmission to help your truck pull more efficiently. It does this through the computer programming. Your truck will also gear itself down to help you slow down when you touch the brake pedal when in the Tow/Haul Mode.

Thank for the  reply..
I did haul my trailer twice  since I asked this  question , and  yes  I noticed the  gear  down...I didnt even have  to apply my brake .I just let off the  fuel  and  shortly there after it  kicked  in ...How   ..
