We are looking at an RV with a Ford V10 Engine (approximately 46 foot Coachmen). What is the horsepower and could we haul a 4 horse bumper pull behind it? Approximate gas mileage?

Not real sure on the HP rating of the V/10. If it is a late model I would guess somewhere around the 270 to 300hp range. Your fuel mileage will be aournd the 8 mpg range I would guess, since the Ford F350 4X4 I just sold would get 10 loaded and 13 unloaded.

The trailer I have no clue, all depends on the weight of the trailer and the hitch you have on your RV. It will actually pull the trailer but there is more to it than just hookingup. Some of these RV's are barely rated to pull a little car behind them much less 8 to 10-k of moving cargo.

A 46' RV and 4 horse trailer- if you are going to hit the road hard and run a lot of miles, I'm thinking you're a little light for power. If it's for occasional use, maybe not too many mountains, it might be acceptable. Good luck!
