Will an exhaust brake cause any problems on a F350, 6 speed, 7.3 diesel, 99 model? I pull a 12,000 lb horse trailer. Any advise is appreciated.

Not at all! They are worth there weight in gold!

FYI, do not use it in the ice, snow or slick conditions. If you do you could take a chance on bringing the rear of the truck around to the front and fast...... They say not to even use them in the rain, but I do. Just use caution!
