I am needing help!! Looking at purchasing a 2006 3/4 hd GMC Duramax 4x4, shortbed. Need to know if it is heavy enough and has enough power to pull my trailer. I have a 1997 4Star, 3H with 10ft SW living quarters. Any assitance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It will have enough power- what you really want to look at is braking and rear suspension. You'll need to know your trailer's weight, loaded up and ready to go. You'll also want to know how much weight it puts on your rear axle, and then what the rear axle and suspension is rated for as far as weight.
