well my 2001 F250 was stolen on Thurs and it has been found and it isn't pretty, no engine, transmission, exhaust system, dash NOTHING - and it was gas and I was pleased with it - my husband has a 2001 F250 diesel with the 7.3, my dad (an ex race car driver and very good mechanic) says he is in the dealerships alot and everyone is having problems with the 6.0 diesel, and a friend said the 2008's have a 6.4 diesel - has anyone had any problems with the 6.0? If I want to get a 7.3 I will have to buy a 2002 or 2003 (which for cost I may have to)

So did you finally buy something?? If not, I'd recommend a GMC2500...
